Return of Equipment Policy To make a Return or Exchange, call our Customer Service Department at (708)-407-8325 for a Return Authorization. If you receive equipment as a result of an error of Vameds, Co. or the product is defective, Vameds, Co. will pay the return shipping expense and replace the equipment accordingly. Should you prefer it, Vameds, Co. will offer a refund instead of exchanging the product when the product is returned.

Warranty Information Vameds, Co. offers a minimum of one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products. Once deemed defective, Vameds, Co. reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion. Soft goods are guaranteed for six (6) months.

Complaint Resolution Vameds, Co. will manage complaints on an individual axiom. All complaints will be forwarded directly to the administrator of Vameds, Co. and the complaint will be managed and resolved within 24 hours. Resolution of the complaint will be addressed by either, full in-service training to Patients, Family Members, Staff and/or Facility or replacement of product by means of comparable equipment deemed by necessary by Facility, PT, OT, or Physician Order.
